Information
Kyomoto Taiga and his family were photographed in a famous Japanese shop while on holiday in Hawaii. A Johnny’s Entertainment (JE) staff saw him in the photograph and asked his actor-singer father if Taiga would like to join JE as a Junior. Kyomoto Masaki was apparently not too keen on the idea but let his son decide.
Taiga thought about being a Jr after watching performances of Seishun Amigo and made his first appearance in KAT-TUN’s concert. He went on to become a back dancer in Johnny’s Jr. In August 2006 he was placed in a Jr group known as Kitty Jr together with Yamada Ryosuke and Takumi Ito for Daibouken 2006. Occasionally, he would appear in magazines with other Juniors as part of Fresh Jr. Around January 2007, Nakajima Yuto, Yamada Ryosuke, Morimoto Ryutaro, Morimoto Shintaro , Chinen Yuri and Kyomoto Taiga were introduced as a 6 person group “J.J. Express Chibiko Chiimu".
After the debut of Hey!Say! JUMP, Taiga was teamed up with Morimoto Shintaro and Casey Anderson and they appear together regularly on Shokura. The three of them can also be seen dancing for debuted groups in various shows and concerts. This yet to be named trio performed their first original song entitled ‘A Ha Ha’ during the Shokura which aired on 13 March 2008.
